Contact our Customer Experience team via email or our online portal within 30 days of receiving your order to start the return or exchange process.

Pack Your Items

Ensure the coffee pods or beans are in their original packaging; for safety reasons, we can only accept returns on unopened or minimally used boxes.

Ship It Back

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location to be sent back to our roasting facility.
